Refund policy
We do NOT OFFER REFUNDS. However we do provide the option for exchanges or store credit. If you are unable to find a suitable replacement immediately, you can return the item for store credit.
Our Exchange policy allows a 24hr notification after receiving your item. Complaints or Exchange must be reported within 24hrs of receiving the item or else it becomes invalid.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, no fragrances and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange , you can contact us at +27 73 542 3292. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the shipping address which we would provide on request.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you your exchanged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not bear the delivery cost of exchange items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
